The Youngs have moved to Rocket City

I know — something I thought I would never think, say or type again. We’ve moved, AGAIN. But, we’re excited this time around. COVID-19 has definitely made it an interesting transition, but, so far, it’s been a positive experience all the way around.

This time we’ve landed in Huntsville, Alabama (aka Rocket City).

It’s really beautiful here — with LOTS of things to go do, which is something we are really excited about. We are surrounded by parks and fun local restaurants. Plus, it’s just a 2 – 4 hour drive to Atlanta, Knoxville/Gatlinburg, Nashville, and Memphis. Hello easy, fun weekend trips!

I do need to give a quick shout-out to our realtor, Haley Temple of RealtySouth. This lady is just something else y’all! We never had to repeat ourselves, she sent me school information for Navy (down to the school’s registrar’s name and phone number), got Navy the cutest move-in gift, and still checks in to this day to make sure we are getting settled. I didn’t realize a realtor to be SO GOOD. If you’re moving to the Huntsville area, please give her a call. Like her IG states, she really is a relocation specialist!

As for me, I will be focusing on my blog and online presence full-time. I really want to see where I can take this and hopefully turn it into a full-on BRAND and am SO grateful that I have the opportunity to do so. Several of you have asked how you can support me. Engagement is gold for all bloggers & influencers! A simple like, comment, or click-through really does help and it costs nothing but a few seconds of time. If you want to shop, you can use my affiliate links and I can make a small profit from your purchase at no extra cost to you.

To wrap things up, I’ll leave you with a few pictures of our recent Huntsville adventures to Sharon Johnston Park, Monte Sano State Park, and Green Mountain Nature Trail. If you’re from the area, I’d love to know your favorite spots. Where should we go next?!

I really enjoyed reading this. Catching up on what Navy and her family are doing. She is still such a beautiful child. I wish you all the best and hope that maybe one day we will meet again. God Bless sending hugs.
