2021’s Holiday Season flew by, y’all! Below, I’m recapping the holiday outfits I shared on IG. Save these looks for 2022 and snag the items now while they’re on sale.
Pro tip: check out sites like Poshmark, Mercari, or ThredUP for after-season items!
Look 1
Such an easy look to replicate! Chunky green sweater with black faux leather trousers topped out with a red lippy and pearl headband. Perfect for holiday parties and get-togethers.
Look 2
Plaid trousers are ALWAYS in during the holidays. I’ve found that you have to buy them early in the season before they sell out. They can be worn in the office for a fun, holiday work look or dressed up for a dinner party.
Look 3
This red tartan mini skirt was a huge hit on the ‘Gram. It’s a great, affordable Amazon find! I coupled it with a pair of tights and an open-knit sweater, topped off with a longline formal coat. This is a perfect outfit for a holiday date night!
Look 4
A great wear-to-work holiday outfit — and it’s so comfy! Pair a chunky, red & green striped open-knit sweater with a pleated red midi skirt and you have an instant festive outfit.
Look 5
Want to stand out? Grab a lime green sweater and pair it with a darker green satin midi skirt to create a fun, monochrome outfit. I accessorized with a green velvet purse, gold jewelry and added a red lip for some contrast.
Look 6
A red monochrome look to bring out all the Rudolph vibes! Tip: mixing textures and tones is key for a monochrome outfit. I paired a heavy, wine-colored sweater with bright red, satin trousers completed with a red lip and gold jewelry.
Look 7
This plaid blazer is a new favorite of mine. You will see it reworked every holiday season! This year I wore it over a black, mock neck top and my go-to AYR “Chiller” jeans. The look was completed with gold jewelry, a green velvet purse, and a red lip.
Look 8
Want to shine at that holiday party? Grab some gold sequin trousers and pair them with a hunter green, satin blouse. Pop on a red lip and you’re good to go! You can repurpose these trousers for New Years by pairing them with a black, blue, or any neutral color top.
Trousers: Zara Sequin Wide Leg Pants | Ref. 2124/102
Look 9
The most casual look of the bunch but definitely one of my favorites (and worn more than once)! My family loves National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, so when I saw this pull-over on Etsy — I had to have it. I sized up to a large for an oversized, roomy fit and paired it with black leggings and sneakers.
Let me know which look is your favorite in the comments!
